What do you think the significance of this accusation is? Glaringly obvious or not?

It is hard to say right now since nobody is talking.

In fact, I ended up writing on something else since the piece I was working on had too many "appears that" and "evidence suggests" to be much good.

I certainly wouldn't put it past the Norks to try to get a few last bucks out of their nuclear material by selling it to the Syrians, perhaps with financing from Iran. All three are certainly up to such activities. The problem is (as is the case with North Korea), you just cannot properly investigate what is going on inside.

I might come back to this after the summit if I can find anything more to go on.
