Do they do this on purpose?

I'd like to present not one, but two really bad headlines from today's papers:

S. Korean Defense Companies Set to Strike U.S. (Yonhap News)
I guess that's one way to show how good your weapons are.

Park Ji-Eun`s Decisive Hole (Donga Ilbo)
As an added bonus, the first three words of the article are...
"Yes! Yes! Yes!"
